YourTradeBase has revolutionised our lives! We run a small but successful tree surgery business and YourTradeBase makes our admin time less and increases our productivity. It enables us to send invoices and quotes on the go from a mobile device and it really is a saving grace for any professional small trades based outfit. I tried 4 different companies advertising a similar programme. YourTradeBase seemed the simplest for me and automatically showed the CIS deductions on labour costs to enable me to invoice building contractors. The YouTube video was also very helpful and being honest the help since has been great. I can raise a question and it is normally answered by the following morning.

I used to use other software which was never really right for me. I am enjoying using YourTradeBase - it certainly is user friendly and helps me get on with other important things.
As a small business (2 man) I was very dubious in thinking a software package could help our business. I was so wrong.
I hate paper work and will avoid it at all costs. Since I've started using YourTradeBase it has made paperwork so easy and almost to the point addictive as I can monitor all my customers with no effort.
The support is second to none and I would urge anyone to give it a go.
I would even go as far as saying it has increased our work load due to following up estimates with automatic reminders it sends you.

YourTradeBase is excellent! I was skeptical at first as I have had a set way of estimating, quoting & invoicing in over 10 years running my own business. However my questions were answered openly & honestly and I signed up for a free trial.
Within an hour I knew I had made the right choice.
I'll save at least 4 hours a week of my precious time during quiet periods, and in busy periods up to 10-12 hours, meaning big money/time savings.
Considering how reasonably priced this service is & the offer of a free trial (with no card details required), it seems crazy not to try!

I came upon this app purely by accident if I remember correctly, but that's part of it's benefit, you forget that it's something that you 'Didn’t' have before.
As long as you can get Internet access through a browser then you can use this app. and once you’ve set up your details and started using the app you'll find that you really can't do without it.
It saves me probably two or three hours per day that I would have spent creating invoices, bills etc. I'm teaching my wife to use it now, which will only take a few minutes really, so that she can do even more of my paperwork, allowing me more time to earn the money.

I put in potential customers details before I do a site visit, and then enter the quote details whilst on-site. It saves all previous work, materials and prices so you don't waste time typing.
There are loads of other plus points but I would be typing too much! I now save at least 30 to 45 mins on every quote.

As a customer, I wish more tradespeople used Apps like this. Adrian Saunders Plumbing provided professional looking estimates and quotes and did an excellent job fitting our new radiators. Its easy to decide who to use when you can see the pride a trades person takes in their presentation, you know they will take the same care in the work they do. And we were right!
I can't give it 5 stars as I have not seen it from a users point of view. But from a customers view point.....5 stars all the way. And will definately keep an eye out for trades people who use it.
