Just read this blog about a ladies frustration with unreliable trademans. Why do we provide the ammo for people to stereotype us like this? Why don’t we just tell them that the job is to small? Why don’t we do as we say, do the job, keep the customer happy and let them tell their friends about us. That one small job that might not seem worth doing could potentially lead to a nice little earner from the next door neighbour, and even if it does’nt, you know that this customer will be calling you to quote on her next home improvement project!
