Uploading your company logo

Customise your paperwork header with your own company logo.

If you want to add your company or business logo to the top of your paperwork, you need to upload it into YourTradeBase.

Don’t worry, that’s very easy to do and can be done from within your paperwork.

Once you’ve uploaded a logo, it will automatically be added to all your paperwork.

You can upload the following types of file for your logo:

  • PNG (.png)
  • JPG (.jpg or .jpeg)
  • GIF (.gif)

Your logo will look it’s best at the top of your paperwork if it is the following dimensions:

280 pixels wide by 120 pixels high.

If your logo isn’t that size, or you can’t resize your logo in a graphics package, YourTradeBase will resize it to this size for you.

Here’s how to upload your logo:

Upload you logo within your paperwork

When you create or update a quote or invoice, you’ll see an ‘Upload your logo’ box at the top-right.

If you’ve already uploaded a logo then that will be displayed instead.

Regardless, clicking this box will allow you to select a file from your computer to upload. Select the image file you want to use as your logo and it will be automatically uploaded to YourTradeBase.

Upload your logo from your settings

You can also upload a logo to YourTradeBase from your settings at any time.

Visit settings (the cogs at the top-right of the screen) > Company logo.

From here, click ‘Choose File’, select an image file from your computer to upload as your logo, the click ‘Upload Logo’. And you’re done.

Removing your logo

You have 2 choices if you would like to remove your logo:

  1. Remove from settings: Just click ‘delete logo’, confirm you’re happy to delete it and it’ll be removed.
  2. Remove directly from paperwork: just click the trash can icon next to your logo, confirm the deletion and it will be removed from YourTradeBase.
