Updating your email reminders

You can set which email reminders you receive, and when they are sent, in Settings > Email reminders.

Email reminders are sent to the email address you used to sign up to YourTradeBase on the morning they are due.

Turning email reminders on or off

If you no longer wish to receive reminders for a particular email, un-tick the checkbox to the left of the relevant reminder.

To turn an email reminder back on, tick the checkbox for that reminder.

Updating when you receive email reminders

You can select when you are sent email reminders for:

  • Quotes which are in draft (and need to be sent)
  • Quotes which have been sent (and need to be chased)
  • Invoices which are in draft (and need to be sent)
  • Invoices which are overdue (well, you need to paid!)

To update when you are sent email reminders (that is, how many days will YourTradeBase wait before sending you a reminder), simply enter the number of days for the relevant reminder.

If you un-tick a checkbox, you will not receive any reminders, regardless of the days you enter.
