Field staff have limited permissions and can only see work you’ve assigned to them. Here’s what your field staff see when they sign in to YourTradeBase.
Field staff can only view:
- Their own schedule of work (work dates or appointments assigned to them).
- Job sheets for work assigned to them
Field staff can view their schedule of work
Any work dates or appointments can be viewed by field staff – but only if they have been assigned to the work:
Clicking ‘view details‘ shows them more detail about the work date or appointment:

Field staff are able to view job sheets only for work that has been assigned to them.
Job sheets will not be displayed with any pricing or costs. Field staff cannot access quotes, invoices or any other job details other than the job sheet:
